If you receive a prize message from any place not listed above, then the prize message is not real or legitimate.
We strongly suggest you be cautious if you receive a message that says you won, and you don’t remember playing. Scammers may use official-sounding language, lottery imagery, or urgent instructions to make a fake prize notice seem real.
If you’re still not sure a prize notification is real, whether via pop-up message, text or contest alert, do NOT email or reply to an email, or call a number provided to you in a communication.
