I matched the last two EXTRA digits, but when I took it to the store, it didn’t register for a prize. Why?

For EXTRA to be eligible for a draw, the word “ENTERED” must appear above the EXTRA number. If it reads, “NOT ENTERED,” you are not eligible for a prize. Also, please double check the winning EXTRA number matches the draw date on your ticket.
