If a game seems to be unresponsive, please try the following:
- Ensure your device is still connected to the internet
- Log out, then log back in and return to that same game
- Log out, clear your cookies and cache, log in and return to the game
- Attempt to play another game, then return to the original game you were playing
- If you were playing on mobile, switch to desktop/laptop or vice versa
