Did you just register your Lotto Spot account?
If so, we may just need additional information to verify your identity before it can be activated. Please log in to your Lotto Spot account and visit the Account Icon and select “My Documents” to see what information is needed to verify your account. Once it has been uploaded or if you have any questions about uploading, please select Live Chat on the bottom right corner of your screen and proceed from there.
Did you input your password incorrectly three times?
If so, click the Live Chat icon on the bottom right corner of the screen. Once Player Care verifies you, the account holder, your Lotto Spot account can be unlocked. To avoid encountering this issue in the future, use the FORGOT PASSWORD link before making a third attempt to log in. We will send you an email allowing you to reset your password.
