Here’s what you need to do if you’ve forgotten your password:
Go to the login page and you will see a link that reads,
Select FORGOT PASSWORD
After clicking the link, you will be prompted to enter your email address so a secure email can be sent to reset your password.
Follow the instructions emailed to you to reset your password.
Both steps (requesting a password reset email and resetting it) must be done on the same computer or mobile device. This requirement is for your security.
